UPDATE (11-19-14): This problem has been resolved by ITS.
Students are reporting that while using CBU's wireless network on their laptops, they are not able to access our databases. What happens is they click on a link to a library database, like Academic Search Premier, and the page tries to load for several seconds followed by a Page Not Available error.
Once you reach the error page, look up at the address bar. You'll see a link to the database preceded by an EZproxy prefix. Delete the EZproxy prefix http://ezproxy.cbu.edu:9000/login?url= before the database url, hit Enter, and you should be granted immediate access to the database.
We are working to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
