The new Knovel interface includes citation help, and it works with citation managers like RefWorks. Look on the left side of the Table of Contents page of a Knovel ebook. You'll see information about the book, along with a button reading "Citation." Click the Citation button to open a window displaying basic citation information about the book. If you need to cite specific page numbers, type them into the box for optional pages. Then select RefWorks from the Dropdown box and click "Export." RefWorks will prompt you to log-in, if necessary, and your citation will appear in the recently imported folder. Be aware that the date of publication may not import properly; edit your RefWorks entry, if necessary. Once you've placed all your citations in RefWorks, you can generate bibliographies containing all or some of them in any number of citation styles with just a few keystrokes.
CBU has a RefWorks subscription, and any student, faculty, staff, or alum can register for an account.
In addition to RefWorks, Knovel also exports to RefMan, ProCite, EndNote, and Zotero.
