The Constitution Project

Check out the website of the Constitution Project for news, reports, and resources on various issues related to the U.S. Constitution. Issues include checks and balances, counter-terrorism policies and practices, criminal discover, data collection and privacy, the death penalty, government surveillance and searches, immigration, right to counsel, sentencing, and transparency and accountability.

Under the "Publications and Reports" tab, you'll find the Louis Fisher Library with reports on military tribunals, inherent powers of the presidency, state secrets privilege, war initiation, and war powers; as well as the Clearinghouse of New Voices, which addresses criminal justice reform.
