Scitable (from Nature)

Nature Publishing is providing a free website called Scitable: A Collaborative Learning Space for Science.

Students and faculty are invited to use Scitable. With it, you can search or browse scientific articles, find free in-depth overviews of topics, join discussions, build online classrooms, and more. Registration (free) may be required for some of these activities.

At present, the site concentrates on the topics of genetics and cell biology. Additional topics--ecology, environmental ethics, earth systems, and more--are under development, so keep an eye on the site for more resources.

You'll be able to find links to Scitable's topic pages--plus other online resources--on our Research by Subject guides for Cell and Molecular Biology, Genetics, and Environment.
