Showing of "Prince Among Slaves"

Plough Library and Student Life at Christian Brothers University are sponsoring a public showing of Prince Among Slaves, one of the films we received as part of the Muslim Journeys Bookshelf grant. The film is 60 minutes long and will be presented on Tuesday, March 19th, at 6:30 p.m. in Spain Auditorium in Buckman Hall. After the showing, Professors Mary Campbell (Anthropology) and Neal Palmer (History) will lead a discussion afterwards. The film is free and open to the public.

The Bridging Cultures Bookshelf: Muslim Journeys is a project of the National Endowment for the Humanities, conducted in cooperation with the American Library Association. Support was provided by a grant from Carnegie Corporation of New York. Additional support for the arts and media components was provided by the Doris Duke Foundation for Islamic Art.
