What you can learn from a PsycInfo abstract...

What you can learn from a PsycInfo abstract:
  • Names of all the authors.
  • Where they work.
  • Address and email information for the primary author, if you want to contact someone about the article.
  • Tests and measures that were used in the study (if applicable).
  • Grant sponsorship information (if applicable).
  • The number of citations used in the article (and in the EBSCO platform for PsycInfo, like we have here at CBU, a list of those citations).
It's not just a summary--so don't be in such a rush to print the fulltext and run with it. There's a lot more available for you to know.
