The majority of the 70,000+ eBooks that we have on the EBSCO platform are now downloadable!
There are two things you must have to be able to download: (1) a "My EBSCO" account and (2) Adobe Digital Editions loaded on your PC.
"My EBSCO" accounts are free and can be set up in any EBSCO database. You can select whatever username and password that you want. In addition to allowing eBook downloads, they can also be used to store references, and save searches related to research projects and assignments. Downloads are available for up to seven days.
Adobe Digital Editions allows you to open the downloaded eBook, take notes, and maintain a record of the eBooks you have read. You can also sync the download to most ereaders; see the list of compatible devices. (The major exception is the Kindle.)
